Queen Excluder – Metal
- A queen excluder is used to restrict the queen’s movement up into the honey super while allowing worker bees to move freely.
- This ensures that the honey supers contain only honey and not brood (eggs, larvae, and pupae).
- 10-frame sizes and are made from durable, low carbon steel.
- They are precision welded to provide a precisely spaced grid, with the wire grid edged (bound) with metal on all sides.
- This results in an excluder that is both highly effective, safe for the bees, and built to last for years to come!
