Brian’s Hot Honey – We make our Stinger/Brian’s Honey (hot honey) with Arbol Peppers. The peppers are infused in the honey and then filtered out to produce a Medium Heat Hot Honey.
Perfect on Pizza, Chicken, Salads, Mixed Drinks, Cheese and Crackers and any place you want a sweet/ hot taste! The heat comes on a bit after tasting, but is not over powering!
Available in 2oz, 8oz and 16oz squeeze bottles (if you are looking for larger quantities, let us know and we can bottle it in large containers). The 2oz is a nice sampler size and comes in a plastic bear.
Ingredients: Honey Lake Bee Company Honey (Spring/Summer), Arbol Peppers and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
