Bee Pollen – 100% Natural

2026 – We now have FRESH bee pollen! Bee Pollen -Our bee pollen is collected by us and hand cleaned from our bee hives right here in North Barrington, IL.    We do NOT run it though a dehumidify or heat process, as this destroys the beneficial properties of the pollen (most bee pollen sold uses one of these two methods to keep the pollen from spoiling).  Our bee pollen will spoil after time, thus we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator.  It typically lasts a few months.  You will find our pollen softer, have more flavor and healthier because we don’t heat or dry the pollen. You can use it in smoothies, on salads, in hot oatmeal, etc – use wherever you might us nuts.  Pollen is a protein rich natural food. We do recommend keeping it refrigerated to extend the life of the pollen. Our bee pollen is a raw, natural product collected directly from our hives. Because it is minimally processed and completely natural, color, texture, and granule size may vary by season and floral source.
